Creates and validates original commercial mediation competition problems for legal education and advocacy training. Use the generator to turn a topic or dispute sketch into general information, confidential packets for both sides, an author-only case model, and validation records. Use the validator to audit completed packets for internal consistency, balanced information asymmetry, credible settlement options, numerical coherence, confidentiality boundaries, and competition readiness. The two skills may be used sequentially or independently. Designed for fictional training problems, not legal advice or real client matters.
Mediation Competition Toolkit
This cross-platform plugin packages two complementary legal-education skills:
mediation-problem-generatorcreates original commercial mediation-competition problems,
confidential packets, an author-only case model, and validation records.mediation-problem-validatorindependently audits completed general and confidential packets
for consistency, mediation usefulness, settlement design, information asymmetry, and
competition readiness.
Suggested workflow
- Use the generator when starting from a topic, dispute sketch, or existing general packet.
- Preserve the generator's author-only model and validation history separately from participant
packets. - Use the validator as a distinct audit after the three participant packets are complete.
- If the validator recommends repairs, authorize edits expressly and propagate them through the
source-of-truth model and every affected packet before re-auditing.
The skills also work independently. The validator does not require that the generator created the
packets, and the generator does not mark an external validation as completed unless it actually ran.
Confidentiality
Do not upload real privileged, confidential, personal, or client information unless authorized and
consistent with the host's privacy, retention, and security terms. Author-only files and opposing
confidential packets must remain separated from participant-facing materials.
Distribution
This is one plugin, not two unrelated submissions. Upload the complete ZIP to Lawve's Add a new
Plugin form so the generator and validator are distributed together as one installable unit.
The archive includes both current plugin manifests:
.codex-plugin/plugin.jsonfor ChatGPT and Codex..claude-plugin/plugin.jsonfor Claude-compatible plugin hosts and Lawve's current plugin intake.
Both manifests point to the same plugin identity and the same root-level skills/ directory. The
two standalone Lawve skill ZIPs may still be published separately if individual listings are useful,
but they are not a substitute for this combined plugin listing.
