A few months ago, Antoine Louis and Malik Taiar quietly launched a side project called Lawvable.
The premise was elegant: legal professionals - lawyers, counsel, academics - could publish "skills", structured instruction sets that teach Claude and other AI agents how to approach specific legal tasks the way a seasoned practitioner would.
I joined as a contributor early on, and the format resonated with me right away. I had already been developing skills for my own practice and Lawvable offered exactly what was missing: a public, curated space with genuine quality standards.
Fast forward a few months: 110+ skills published, thousands of monthly visitors and downloads.
And now, an official Anthropic partnership, with a live MCP connector integrated directly into claude.ai.
Huge congratulations to Antoine Louis, Malik Taiar, and every contributor who helped build this. You recognized the potential of skills early, and you created something with real craft and intention.
Encoded expertise is the moat.
Proud to have played a small part - and even prouder to see the format find its rightful place. Congrats to Lawve AI !
