Legal Diagram Visualization Skill

I created a /legal-diagram AI skill. It is a thinking tool that turns piles of text into maps that clarify relations between all the who owes what to whom, what triggers what, who must do what, etc., and visualizes how everything fits together.

You can find it on GitHub at https://lnkd.in/gCW4hg5S and on Lawve AI at https://lnkd.in/eBFidbKY.

Pop it into your favourite AI tool, give the AI legal documents, matter notes, or a plain-language description, and the skill will guide you through building tailored, editable timelines, flowcharts, entity maps, decision trees, and other visualizations for what you are working on.

So far, it seems to be resonating with users frequenting Lawve AI, having hit a ~40% download-to-view rate there.

I initially built this skill for personal use because I underestimated how much law I would continue to do. The volume is already exhausting, but the hardest part has always been quickly turning messy facts, documents, and legal rules across many parallel matters into actionable business next steps. In short, squeezing clarity out of complex uncertainty.

Then I remembered how much easier it was to grasp complex concepts and relationships with proper visualizations, whether in STEM, music, MBA studies, or tech work. So I set out to automate "a picture truly is worth a thousand words" for legal tasks.

After learning from Rashid T. about how visualisation has helped him efficiently understand legal matters and being inspired by pioneering builders like Will Chen and those at LegalQuants, I decided to overhaul /legal-diagram to share it more broadly.

Please give me feedback! If this helps legal folks, especially law students digesting difficult cases, I will continue to improve it.

Shoutout to Antoine Louis and Malik Taiar for building Lawve AI, to Christian Weilbach for technical brainstorming, and Professor Seth Chandler for providing valuable feedback.
