6 things it does:

  1. Classify your product against each limb of the Act to see which applies.

  2. Draft from 17 pre-made templates including pre-contractual disclosures, DPS contract clauses, and trade-secret letters, so you don't start from scratch.

  3. Look up exact provisions from the regulation and FAQs.

  4. Analyse whether you can rely on the trade secrets exemption.

  5. Flag concerns from other regs such as GDPR, sectoral overlays, etc.

  6. Audit your compliance against a 58-row gap analysis checklist, article by article, to find gaps and ideas for improvement.
