Pennsylvania litigator with a decade of trial and appellate practice across civil, commercial, and constitutional matters. I have managed my own caseload since my first week in practice — contract disputes and business torts, real estate and construction litigation, partnership and shareholder conflicts, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, estate planning and administration, and family law — and have carried first-chair trial responsibility from jury selection through closing argument. I have a proven record of success in state and court at both trial and appellate practice. I am well versed in amicus briefing before the Supreme Court of the United States. I currently direct a national litigation docket and supervise associate attorneys. I founded and operate RepYou412, a Pennsylvania limited-scope practice built on a document drafting and educational resource platform of my own design.
