10 years as digital court transcriptionist. 4 of those years were spent as the office manager. Document production, binding, delivery. Audio uploads/downloads, training new transcribers. Then during covid after brothers death I began a mycology business where I crafted a working functioning company, built an entire custom labratory, and learned all of the cleanwork as well as how to personally manage the business instead of managing for someone else.
