I'm a Florida-licensed attorney with an Executive MBA, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at a venture firm that incubates and launches AI-native startups — building the legal infrastructure these companies need from day one.
Over 10+ years I've operated at the intersection of law, technology, and business strategy — not as outside counsel, but as the person in the room when the decisions get made. I've built AI governance frameworks from scratch at enterprise scale, negotiated $100M+ contract portfolios, and guided founding teams through the legal complexity of building with AI.
What I actually do: structure deals, design compliance systems, advise boards, and build the frameworks that let high-growth companies move fast without breaking things they can't afford to break. I'm also building — currently designing a multi-agent system to power a genuinely AI-native in-house legal team. I'll share what I build.
